What is a Prosthodontist?

Dr. David Lipani is a licensed Prosthodontist.

PROSTHODONTISTS, like orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, oral surgeons, and pedodontists, are specialists. Their training to provide expertise in restorative treatment has been rigorous, and their day-to-day experience in practice touches every conceivable challenge in delivering smiles with high level function, maximum comfort and pristine esthetics.

After completing four years of dental school, prosthodontists receive three years of specialized training in an American Dental Association (ADA) accredited graduate education program. Prosthodontics is one of the nine dental specialties recognized by the ADA.

Serving as the "architect" of a dental treatment plan, prosthodontists collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and other allied health professionals to develop solutions to your dental concerns. Imperfect teeth, whether by birth abnormality, traumatic accident or natural decay, can be replaced with attractive, functional teeth in the office of a prosthodontist.

Drs. John and David Lipani provide dental procedures such as reconstructive dentistry, crowns, bridges, dentures,
bonding, dental implants, teeth whitening, and porcelain veneers in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
